OneAhead is being built to help leaders receive useful intelligence without unnecessary data collection. Early trials are designed to work from public sources, user-approved sources, and information the user chooses to provide.
What we collect
OneAhead may collect account details such as name, email address, profile preferences, trusted sources, briefing requests, report feedback, and access-code or subscription status.
What we use it for
We use this information to create and improve leadership briefings, remember user preferences, manage account access, and help the system produce more relevant outputs over time.
What we do not need for early trials
OneAhead does not require mailbox, calendar, document repository, or internal system access to deliver early value. Any deeper source access should be permissioned by the customer and handled separately.
Your control
Users should be able to control the profile details, trusted sources, watchlist items, and briefing preferences they provide. Product feedback should be used transparently to improve future outputs.
Status of this policy
This is an early product privacy statement and is not a substitute for a final legal privacy policy. As OneAhead moves toward broader production use, this page should be reviewed and expanded with legal counsel.
